So, that’s why we’ve introduced ‘Q’ Buster, a simple and convenient system that allows you to pre-book our world record-breaking rollercoaster Mumbo Jumbo, plus Kumali, Velocity and many more. Once you’ve purchased your 'Q' Buster tokens, the wait is well and truly over!

Purchase your 'Q' Buster tokens

...from the 'Q' Buster Booth in Plaza Square, next to Pitchers Sports Bar, or at Kumali

You'll need 1 token per person per ride.

Choose your ride and then text 01653 230 000*

...with the associated 'Q' Code (see list of codes below) followed by a space and then the number of riders (up to 8) e.g. Kumali 4

Within a few seconds you'll receive a text
message

...detailing your allocated time and a booking confirmation code. Access to your chosen ride is via the exit ramp and you'll need to show this message to gain entry.

Terms & Conditions: 1) You need enough tokens per person for the ride chosen. 2) Flamingo Land Limited reserve the right to withdraw ‘Q’ Buster services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. 3) During busy times you may still experience short queues at some rides. 4) Height restrictions still apply to all the rides. 5) If a ride becomes unavailable due to technical issues and, as a result, your ‘Q’ Buster booking is cancelled, the associated tokens will be refunded and can be used for alternative bookings. 6) ‘Q’ Buster will inform you if a ride is fully booked and no tokens will be charged. 7) If you need to cancel your booking, have any questions or require advice, please visit the ‘Q’ Buster kiosk in the main plaza. 8) Unused tokens are valid until the end of Flamingo Land Resort's 2012 season. 9) This does not affect your statutory rights.
