The Theme Park & Zoo opens from 29th March to 2nd November 2014. Public access is from 10am each day, with closing times varying between 4pm, 5pm and 6pm, depending on the time of year. Closing times are advertised daily on our website and at the entrance.

Are admission tickets available online?
Online tickets are available throughout the season. These allow you to save pounds off on the day prices, but you’ll need to book at least a day in advance.
In addition to the convenience of shopping online, and our exclusive website only prices, you’ll also be able to bypass any queues, providing even more time to enjoy your visit.
I cannot print out my online tickets
If you do not have access to a printer, you will need to collect your tickets on arrival from pay booth 7/8. You will need to provide your booking reference number, house number and postcode, along with either the card used for payment or photographic ID such as driving licence or passport.
Unfortunately we cannot accept tickets presented on a smartphone, tablet or other electronic device.
Can I pay on arrival with a credit or debit card?
Flamingo Land welcomes PIN-verified payments using all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express. Unfortunately, we no longer take personal cheques. However, double signature business cheques are acceptable.
Are there cash points at Flamingo Land?
You’ll find a Barclays ATM located at the main entrance.
Do you offer concessions for disabled guests?
Guests who provide valid proof of disability can purchase a discounted entry ticket for themselves and one carer. Department for Work & Pensions and Disability Living Allowance letters will only be accepted if accompanied by photographic proof of identity.
Carers must be of sufficient age and fitness to provide the level of support required. For everyone’s safety, all lifting of a disabled guest will be the responsibility of their carer.
Guests with disabilities which prevent them from using the normal queue lines may be eligible for a Direct Access wristband. Again, documentary proof of disability is mandatory and Department for Work & Pensions or Disability Living Allowance letters will only be accepted if accompanied by photographic proof of identity. Wristbands are issued from our First Aid Centre, featuring the international wheelchair symbol for disabled guests and a hand symbol to identify carers. Flamingo Land’s management may also issue an additional carer wristband if they believe this to be necessary.
Direct Access wristbands allow disabled guests and carers to enter the majority of rides and attractions via the ride exit gates. Carers must ride with disabled guests at all times to assist in the event of an evacuation. Please note that carers are expected to perform all lifting assistance.
Carers will not be allowed entry to rides or attractions via the exit gate unless accompanied by a disabled guest.
For further information, please download the Accessibility Guide from our website.
I have a plaster cast, can I still enjoy the rides?
Unfortunately, guests with plaster casts are unable to enjoy the majority of rides and attractions, due to the forces these generate.

I only visit Flamingo Land to see its fantastic zoo. Do I still need to pay for the rides and attractions?
Because Flamingo Land’s theme park and zoo overlap to create a truly spectacular attraction, it’s impossible for us to offer zoo only admission during the main season. So, for true animal lovers, we provide access at a substantially reduced rate on selected dates between early December and March. These are advertised on our website shor tly before our season ends.
