Additional guidance for passholders

We are looking forward to welcoming back passholders to our Zoo only opening from 15 June.

To help us safely manage capacites we are asking all guests to make a reservation in advance for each day you would like to visit. To find out how to do this, please select from the options below:

I have purchased an annual pass and already have my 2020 photopass

Please make an Annual Pass Reservation for your visit. You can register at any time before your visit using the number printed on the front of your pass.

I have purchased an annual pass but I don't have my pass yet

If this is your first visit in 2020 and you haven’t yet collected your Annual Pass, you will still need to check availability and let us know you are coming.

Please make an ‘Annual Pass Collection Reservation for your visit’. You can register at any time before your visit but you will need to provide the details of any passholders attending.

On the day of your visit, you will need to bring photographic ID and your proof of purchase (such as your confirmation email).

I am a Holiday Village owner and I have my 2020 Resort Pass

As the Holiday Resort is now open, it is no longer necessary to make a reservation for your visit.
