Christmas Lights Switch On
Join Peter Rabbit around our Christmas Tree in Muddy Duck Square for the ceremonial switching on of our festive lights to the sound of Christmas Carols!
Rudolph’s Ranger
Complete our quiz trail and figure out the secret word or fill your stamp card by attending 5 of our daily animal talks to earn your Rudolph’s Ranger badge! Collect your badge from a Zoo Ranger at one of our Animal Talks.
The Story of Christmas Show
Enjoy our fun and festive Christmas Show.
A Letter to Lapland
A family activity which encourages children to write a personalised letter to Santa before posting it in the special postbox.
Santa’s Grotto
Meet Santa in his grotto and share your Christmas wish, have you been good this year?
15 children per session, please note groups will be mixed.
Santa’s Magical Toy Shop
Enter Santa’s Magical toy shop to select
your very own present.
Mrs Claus’ Kitchen
Join Mrs Claus and make some
festive Christmas cookies.
The Decoration Station
Make personalised Christmas tree decorations to take home or decorate our Christmas tree.
Merry Marshmallow Making
A festive sweet treat where you can decorate some yummy Christmas marshmallows.
Magical Milkshake
Join the elves to make your very
own magical milkshake.
Our Award Winning Zoo
Visit our Zoo with over 140 species of animals, including Giraffes,Tigers, Hippopotamus, Rhinoceros and new for 2026 “Lion Coast”.
Peter Rabbit Meet And Greet!
You can also meet and greet Peter Rabbit himself at intervals throughout the day.
Selection Of Rides
Our festive magical experience will also include a selection of five fun filled rides for younger children in our Muddy Duck Farm area.

Don’t forget to say ‘Merry Christmas’ to our Flamingo Land Mascots if you see them during the day.
Food & Drink
Why not stop by the Muddy Duck Cafe and enjoying a warming tea, coffee or a seasonal Costa drink or snack.
The Coach House country pub will also be open selling hot food and drinks.
Muddy Duck Cafe
Serving Costa Coffee and Christmas favorites including hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows. Hot and cold sandwiches available along with mince pie and snacks.
Open: 10am – 5pm
The Coach House
Serving hot and cold sandwiches, jacket potatoes and main meals including Lasagna, Burgers and much more.
Open: 9:30am – 5pm
Jolly Sailor 2 Go Muddy Duck
Serving delicious seaside favourites such as fish & chips or sausage & chips accompanied by your favourite sides including mushy peas and gravy.
