Queue Jumping
Flamingo Land Resort is dedicated to ensuring fairness for all our guests. We understand that guests can spend a significant part of their day in queues and rightfully expect to make the most of their visit.
What is Queue Jumping?
Queue jumping is defined as cutting in front of other guests who are already waiting in line, joining friends or family members who have saved a place for you further ahead, or leaving the queue and re-joining it in the same place at a later time. This behaviour is unfair to those who have been waiting their turn and will not be tolerated.
Our Policy
To maintain a fun and safe environment for everyone, queue jumping is strictly prohibited at all rides and attractions. Our operations team and ride assistants actively monitor queue lines to identify any instances of queue jumping or unauthorised behaviour. We ask all guests to behave in a friendly and courteous manner while waiting.
Enforcement
Any individual or group found to be queue jumping will be required to leave Flamingo Land Resort immediately and without a refund. We thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep the resort fair for everyone.
