Black Friday 2024 Annual Pass Terms and Conditions
Annual Passes are valid for 365 days from date of purchase.
Annual Passes are valid for Theme Park & Zoo entry between 29th March and 2nd November 2025 plus any Winter Zoo dates during the validity of the annual pass.
Annual Passes are not valid in conjunction with stays at Flamingo Land’s Holiday Village or admission to our Splash Zone or Gymnasium.
Annual Passes can only be used by the person named on the pass, passholders cannot transfer their pass to another person and must not permit another person to use their pass.
A valid pass must be shown on each visit, if a valid pass cannot be produced, then a general admission ticket must be purchased, this ticket is not transferable or refundable.
Lost, misplaced or stolen passes can be reprinted at a cost of £10.00 per pass.
Admission to Flamingo Land is subject to our terms of admission available to view at www.flamingoland.co.uk
Passes remain the property of Flamingo Land Limited and can be retained or cancelled at any time if Flamingo Land reasonably believes the pass is being used in contravention of the terms of admission/purchase.
Retained or cancelled passes are non-refundable or transferable.
The passholder is responsible for the correct use of each pass, misuse may lead to the pass being retained or cancelled.
Annual Passes are not valid for entry to additional “paid/ticketed events and activities” including but not limited to animal encounters, keeper for the day, stalk in the park and Christmas Experience activities.
Flamingo Land reserves the right to exclude discounts and additional activities from the Annual Pass throughout the validity of the pass.

Monthly Receipt Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- Upon purchase of food or beverage at from one of Flamingo Land LTDs bars, cafes or restaurants you will be provided with a unique code which allows access to a feedback survey at www.flamingoland.co.uk. Upon completion of this survey you will automatically be entered into this Monthly prize draw.
- All entries must be submitted to www.flamingoland.co.uk and only one entry is permitted per unique receipt code.
- The opening date for entries is 00:00:00 on the first day of the month. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59:59 on the last date of the month.

- The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before the seventh day of the month of entry and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within fourteen days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by registered post within seven days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Refills are available from Park Open until Park Park Close as advertised unless otherwise stated.
Free refills of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite Zero and Fanta Orange, Fanta Frozen and Starslush only from the units detailed above. Post Mix dispensers and Fanta Frozen and Starslush are operated by our Flamingo Land Team members only and are subject to availability.
The souvenir cup has a chip in the bottom that requires validating when purchased which will allow refills to be made on the day of purchase or any additional day purchases.
There is a 10 minutes delay between refills ( guests have to wait 10 minutes before a second refill of the same vessel is allowed via our Validating Stations).
Flamingo Land Dog Policy 2024
We have undertaken a review of our dog policy since 2022, taking into account feedback we have received from owners, holiday guests and visitors to our resort. We have particularly listened to concerns around phobias, safety for both animals and guests alike, allergies and hygiene, as such we have now updated our policy accordingly.
We would like to remind guests of some of our rules so that guests can enjoy their time with us.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all venues onsite and in our Zoo, and must be kept on a lead at all times. For the avoidance of any doubt, assistance dogs are the only dogs allowed in our Zoo area or any indoor venues, they must be under control at all times. No dogs may be permitted to accompany guests on any of our rides.
Well behaved and under control dogs are welcome at the following venues:
- The Coach House Country Pub Conservatory Area
- The Metropolis Bar & Grill Conservatory Area
- Pitcher’s Fanzone Outdoor Area
- Fabrizio’s Outside Area
- The Diner Outside Area
- The Theme Park Area
We understand that dogs get excited. All we ask is you try and keep your dog’s barking to a minimum. If barking becomes too much we may ask you to simply take your dog away from the venue/area while they calm down.
If your dog fouls on our premises, it is your responsibility to clean this up.
If your dog requires some water we have dog bowls outside many of our venues to keep your pooches hydrated. If you notice one is empty please pass this onto a Team Member who will happily refill it.
Just like us humans sometimes our pooches can get angry, unfortunately any aggressive behaviour or excessive barking will result in us asking you to remove your dog from a venue/area.
Please do not feed your dogs from our plates within the dining areas for hygiene purposes and be mindful that staff regularly carry drinks and food to and from tables.
We love to see dogs of all sizes in our Theme Park & Holiday Village. These rules are in place to ensure the safety of your dogs and our guests, especially children, and to make sure you have a memorable time here at Flamingo Land whether you have a tail or not.
We do hope our guests understand and appreciate these pointers. If there are any questions please ask one of our Team Members and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Disclaimer for Firework Display
- Lighting will be reduced throughout the event.
- An element of smoke / ash may drift across the viewing area from the detonated fireworks depending on the wind direction
- The display may be delayed/cancelled at short notice due to inclement weather making the display unsafe for spectators and/or local building and environment to continue
- Violence is not permitted throughout the event. Failing to adhere to this will lead to you being removed from the event without refund
- We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen items
- No running or pushing throughout the event
- This is an outdoor event so it is advised you wear suitable clothing
- There will be an element of loud noise
