Reporting to the Leisure Complex Manager, the Hot Tub Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, safe operation and compliance of all hot tubs across the Holiday Village. They are also responsible for a small team of Hot Tub Operators, ensuring that they are trained and competent to carry out their role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of the Holiday Village’s 25 hot tubs.

• Ensure each Hot Tub is tested (pH/Bromine/Temperature) twice daily and adjust chemicals if required. Maintain accurate records of all tests.
• Predict and react to test results outside of parameters.
• Ensure Hot Tub facilities and their surrounding areas comply with Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure the garden areas are clean and tidy, ready for guest use.
• Drain clean and refill Hot Tubs ready for guest changeovers
• Supervise a small team of Hot Tub operators and ensure their training is complete and documented.
• Report faults and maintenance issues promptly and liaise with maintenance teams.
• Act as a  point of contact for guest queries parkwide.
• Report to the Splash Zone management team, escalating issues or delays as soon as possible.
• Carry out all water tests for the Park as required.
• Carry out all cleaning and plant room tasks for the Park when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferable
• Category B driving licence
• Full time/40 hours per week
• Pool plant operator certificate (desirable)
