We are seeking a dedicated Head of Security to oversee our on site licenced venues.

Working from 4.00pm to park close, this role is vital in maintaining the safety and security of our holiday guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all evening door staff.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment, in conjunction with the Head of Security.
• Manage loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and vandalism.
• Oversee emergency response planning.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and security reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Security is essential.
• First Aid certification or experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to large entertainment venues.
• Previous experience working in a theme park or similar environment is advantageous.
